FAB PARQUET AND FURNITURE ADHESIVE







DESCRIPTION:

Polyvinyl acetate and water-based, suitable for sticking of the parquets to the concrete surfaces, white or pink, odorless adhesive with high adhesion power.

APPLICATION:

FAB PARKUET AND FURNITURE ADHESIVE (840) is used in adhering of all types of wood, paper, cardboard, and is also in furniture production. Ideal for sticking of parquets to the concrete surfaces. The surface prior to the application of FAB PARKUET AND FURNITURE ADHESIVE (840) should be cleaned of dust, dirt and oils. Apply excessive amount of adhesive to the surface, immediately clean the overflowing parts with wet cloth, wait a little and stick. After the adhesive has been applied wait no more than 10 minutes for sticking. Tightly close the cover after each use. The adhesive should be applied to the surface with comb. Tools can be cleaned with water after use.

DRYING TIME:

(20°C, 65%HR): Between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

CONSUMPTION:

150-250mg/m2 depending on the thickness and type of the surface.

NOTE:

During the application the surface and the place temperature should be between +10°C and +30°C.

SHELF LIFE:

2 years. The ideal storage temperature is between +5°C and +30°C. (In an unopened original container in cool, safe from freezing and direct influence of the sun rays).

SAFETY MEASURES:

R22 Swallowing is harmful for health. S 2 Keep far from children. S24/25 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. S 46 If swallowed immediately call for a doctor and show him the box or label.

PROBLEMS OCCURING WHILE KEEPING AND USING:

Incrustation in closed container is caused by air leakage; sediment is caused by keeping in a colder environment. If the surface is too dirty the material can come unstuck and be stripped off. If you are having problems like this please contact Technical Service with any problem which you are interested in and take a party number on the container with you.
