EXPOSED CONCRETE PRIMER

DESCRIPTION:

Polymer modified resin based interior surface primer used for enhancing surface adherence before plaster and cement based liquid applications to be performed on exposed concrete

FEATURES:

Color: Pale red. Density: 1,47±0,02 g/ml

APPLICATION AREA:

: Used on exposed concrete surfaces before the application of gypsum and cement based mortar. Used as an adherence improver on surfaces like exposed concrete (wall, column and ceilings)

APPLICATION:

Applicable surface should be cleaned of any kind of dirt, rust or oil which will restrain the product from adhering on surface. Defects on surface should be repaired. Surface should be dry and clean. Application: Prepared by mixing with water at a rate of 1-2% depending on the desired viscosity using a low speed mixer and applied to the surface with sheepskin roller as one coat. FABKONTAKT should be mixed with specified intervals during application. Wait until the surface gets dry thoroughly for primer and plaster work (Approx. 24 hours)

THINNING:

Can be thinned with water at a maximum rate of 1-2%

DRYING TIME:

(20ºC, 65% RH): last drying – 24 hours (lower temperatures and higher humidity may delay the drying process)

CONSUMPTION:

: An area of 4 m2 can be covered with 1 kg in one coat (may vary depending on surface structure). A controlled sample work should be carried out for precise consumption calculation

NOTE:

Application temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C

SHELF LIFE:

Can be stored for 18 months in a cool and dry place by protecting against frost and direct sun light in its unopened package. Close the cover tightly after use

Xi Irritating. R 43: May cause sensitization by skin contact
