FLEXIBLE PORSELEN TILE ADHESIVE

DESCRIPTION:

Cement based, normally hardening, flexible tile adhesive resistant to water, frost and heat changes with high adhesion. It assures perfect adhesion of ceramic tiles (wall, floor, granite and PORSELEN), natural stones and mosaics.

APPLICATION AREA:

Internal external walls and floors, cement based screeds/render coats. Concrete screeds or shelf leveling finishings. It is suitable for PORSELEN and ceramic tiles with less water absorption ratio. The surface should be solid, free of dust, dirt, oil and etc.

APPLICATION:

6,5-7,5lt. of clean water is mixing with 25kg. of powder (%26-30). Let the mortar rest for 5 minutes and mix again before using. Pot life: 3 hours under normal conditions (23ºC substrate and ambient temperature) Open time: 30 minutes under normal conditions in substrate and ambient temperature 23ºC (+/-5ºC) %50 humidity. The applying time can change depending on the place and surface temperature and humidity. Application: the ambient temperature should be around +5ºC and +35ºC. Spread FABKIM FLEX PORSELEN over the surface, and then adjust the thickness with the suitable notched trowel. Place the tiles and press them down smoothly then by using a rubber hammer place the tiles correctly on their places. Use thick bed application for the tiles exceeding 33x33cm. For the tiles exceeding 30x60sm add FABKIM LATEX to the mixture. Consult to the producer in necessary conditions. Before the applications of high porous surfaces, apply FABKIM FILM as a primer. Grouting should be done at least 24 hours after fixing (23ºC substrate and ambient temperature).
