Acrylic copolymer emulsion based, matt looking, finishing decorative paint for interior ceilings.

FAB TAVAN (360) is non-cracking and non-flowing interior ceiling paint with high adhesion ability. It has a high ability to breathe. There is no smell because it is water-based and environmentally friendly.

FAB TAVAN (360) is used as a finishing paint on interior ceilings of buildings and on the ceilings previously painted and lost their color. The surfaces prior to the application should be cleaned of dust, dirt and oils, roughness should be smoothed and the surface should be dry. Wait 4 weeks before painting the newly concreted ceilings. Cement based and plasterboarded internal ceilings being painted for the first time should be treated with FAB BINDER (340) mixed with water in 1:7 ratios (1 ratio of FAB BINDER (340), 7 ratios of water). Then wait at least 5-6 hours and apply putty for interior repairs. After the ceiling has completely dried wash the surface with FAB BINDER (340) mixed with water in 1:7 ratios once again. Wait at least 5-6 hours after washing and apply with brush or roller FAB TAVAN (360) mixed with water to 30% for the first coat, and 20% for the second one. Wait at least 5-6 hours between coats. If needed the third coat can be applied the same way as the second one.

30% of water for the first coat, 20% - for the second.

(20°C/65%HR): dries within 30 minutes, full drying – 24 hours.

Depending on the smoothness and absorption of the surface 1kg. of FAB TAVAN (360) can cover 5-7m2 of area in 1 coat. It is recommended to hold examples to define the exact consumption.

During the application the surface and the space temperature should be between +10°C and +30°C.

2 years. The ideal storage temperature is between +10°C and +20°C. (In an unopened original container in cool places, safe from freezing and direct influence of the sun rays).

S 2 Keep far from children. S 46 If swallowed immediately call for a doctor and show him the box or label.

Incrustation in closed container is caused by air leakage; sediment is caused by keeping in a colder environment. Appearing of mold on the surfaces painted with water-based paints is caused by the excessive moisture around, by the exposure of the walls to water from outside, from ceiling and foundation and poor heating insulation. Light cracks appearing in application of acrylic paints are caused by the excessive thick coats of paint, by hot surface while painting, by windy weather, by adding filling agent such as calcite to the prepared paint and by the excessive use of grounds. The excessive thick coat of paint or the excessive use of thinners can cause flowing and waving view. If the surface is too dirty or the paint is not properly thinned the paint can come unstuck and be stripped off. The direct sun rays falling on the wall being painted can cause poor adhesion of the paint because of the fast drying. If you are having problems like this please contact Technical Service with any problem which you are interested in and take a party number on the container with you.
